Unless otherwise is agreed, the consumer is responsible for the shipment and shipment cost related to goods return under this clausul. The return shipment shall be 100% insured against damage and loss if the content is owned by Juice Hifi.
Shipment Costs Carried by Juice Hifi
Replacement shipment costs (the cost of shipping a new item to the customer) under the Compliance Warranty will be carried by Juice Hifi.
Juice Hifi may decide to cover the whole or parts of the return shipment costs related to non-conformity and warranty repair at their discresion, as long as this is agreed beforehand.
Return due to order Cancellation or Warranty Replacement
If there are traces of usage or mistreatment to such a degree where the goods is returned in a significantly less favourable condition than what is reasonable, Juice Hifi is entitled to a compensation for the loss of value incurred.
Further, Juice Hifi reserves the right to:
- Deduct from the refund any charges incurred as a result of a return shipment due to order cancellation.
- Charge return shipment costs incurred due to a product replacement.
